Granite Peak Home Health in Montana is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Butte. You will provide physician-prescribed therapy to homebound patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with care teams to restore function. Requirements include graduation from an approved PT program, MT license, BLS/CPR, and knowledge of HIPAA and EHR systems (Well Sky).
A valid driver's license and strong community outreach are preferred. Mon-Fri with flexibility as needed.
