Location: Warm Springs

The Housekeeping Manager at Kah-Nee-Ta is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across our 30 hotel rooms as well as all other areas of the resort. This role involves overseeing all housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to resort standards. The Housekeeping Manager will build and manage staff schedules, hold team members accountable for their responsibilities, and conduct thorough walk-throughs of each room prior to guest check-in.

Collaboration with the Operations Manager is key to identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and enhancing guest satisfaction. results-driven and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to upholding resort standards are essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Supervise and manage housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial staff, ensuring all team members complete their assigned tasks efficiently and to Kah-Nee-Ta standards.
  • Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and support for all housekeeping operations.
  • Monitor staff performance, providing guidance and feedback to uphold resort standards and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
  • Conduct thorough walk-throughs of each room before guest check-in to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify areas for improvement, implement efficient processes, and enhance overall guest experience.
  • Uphold and enforce resort cleanliness standards, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest level of hygiene and presentation.
  • Provide training and support to housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and staff accountability.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests
