• Greet guests on arrival and help them with their bags when necessary
• Provide information about services, entertainment, and other activities at the lodge
• Help keep the lobby and other public areas clean and welcoming
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Act as Concierge and provide information on facilities, local points of interest and public areas
• Act as a team player who can complete a variety of job duties
• Other duties as assigned; duties may change based on the needs of the team and company as a whole

• Guest service or Bell Person experience preferred
• Work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• You’ll need a valid US driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and carry up and down stairs
• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Be committed to Safety First
• Be organized with a great eye for detail
• Be kind to others and always bring your best
• Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
• Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
• TAC Bell Staff:
  You’ll need a valid US driver’s license. This is a tipped position.
• GPC:
  Lead a daily walking tour of the lodge, highlighting the unique history and culture of the lodge and local area.
• BJC:
  Providing in and out baggage service for tour groups (gratuities calculated per guest)
