The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for helping guests create lifetime memories during their stay.
Pay$15.70 – $15.70 / hour

- Act as an ambassador for Gray Wolf Inn and Suites by providing suggestions for sightseeing and daily activities
- Recommend attractions in the local and surrounding area to ensure a truly memorable experience
- Create rapport and hold meaningful conversations with all guests
- Distribute complimentary items that guests can use during their stay
- Working knowledge of Gray Wolf Inn and Suites and surrounding areas
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and carrying
- Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions
- Noise level may be moderate to loud
