The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for helping guests create lifetime memories during their stay.

$15.70 – $15.70 / hour

• Act as an ambassador for Gray Wolf Inn and Suites by providing suggestions for sightseeing and daily activities
• Recommend attractions in the local and surrounding area to ensure a truly memorable experience
• Create rapport and hold meaningful conversations with all guests
• Distribute complimentary items that guests can use during their stay

• Working knowledge of Gray Wolf Inn and Suites and surrounding areas
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Previous guest service experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and carrying
• Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions
• Noise level may be moderate to loud
