Position SummaryAs the Spa House cleaner for the Summer season (June–September), you will maintain cleanliness and equipment maintenance throughout the Spa, Salon, Retail and Fitness Center for members and guests.
Major Responsibilities- Ensure outstanding service to members and guests, greeting and acknowledging each person and maintaining service standards.
- Display hospitality and professionalism, represent Yellowstone Club, and ensure all transactions are handled legally and ethically.
- Apply safety and security procedures, and in case of accident or emergency, seek medical attention and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to promote a positive environment.
- Understand all aspects of cleaning public and semi‑private spaces at a world‑class Spa, Salon and Fitness standard.
- Sort, fold, and launder terry and linen.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and offices to ensure adherence to cleanliness and operating standards.
- Carry out all duties in a timely and efficient manner in line with club policies and standards.
- Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
- Maintain a positive, respectful attitude and professionalism towards members, guests, vendors, customers and co‑workers.
- Maintain privacy of members and a clean, neat appearance at all times.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
- Work safely and with high quality.
- Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club at all times.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; long hours may be required.
- Management may assign or reassign duties, hours and responsibilities at any time.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience working at a large club, resort or private club.
- Organized.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Clear and effective spoken communication with members, guests, co‑workers, vendors and other departments.
- Clear and legible written communication.
- Basic math calculations.
- Ability to solve basic problems and determine when manager assistance is needed.
Work normally in a climate‑controlled environment; may be required to work outdoors in extreme weather as demand dictates.
Physical DemandsRequires frequent use of hands/fingers to handle or lift items; lift up to 25 pounds; stand, walk, climb or balance; use vision for task accuracy.
