Meticulous and guest-focused, the Room Attendant is central to maintaining the pristine conditions required to deliver a luxury experience across all guest rooms and common areas, as is expected of Forbes Five-Star properties and members of Relais & Chateaux. Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to excellence, this role contributes directly to the unparalleled comfort of our guests.

Executes daily cleaning and servicing of assigned guest rooms and common areas with extreme attention to detail and efficiency.

Performs comprehensive cleaning tasks including making beds, changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking luxury amenities.

Prepares rooms to meet rigorous inspection standards and readily accepts feedback to maintain quality.

Monitors the function of guest room appliances, electronics, furniture, and fixtures, promptly reporting maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Maintains organized storage areas and communicates supply needs to leadership to ensure seamless operations.

Maintains strict security and confidentiality of all guest property and information.

Responds courteously to guest requests and escalates complex issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Assists with the maintenance of public spaces and supports laundry operations as needed.

Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining focus on minute details.

Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with colleagues to support a high-performing team.

Ability to use radio communication systems professionally and respond to calls in a timely manner.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Ability to stand for long periods, move frequently between areas, and perform continuous physical duties including bending, pushing, and kneeling.

Ability to regularly lift or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
