Responsibilities- Welcome every guest with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Learn our reservation system and confidently assist guests.
- Solve guest concerns with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure every guest has an excellent stay.
4-5 days per week with flexible scheduling and occasional additional hours
We’re looking for someone who:- Shows up when scheduled and is dependable.
- Learns new computer systems quickly.
- Enjoys solving problems instead of avoiding them.
- Communicates kindly with guests and coworkers.
- Notices details and takes pride in doing quality work.
- Remains calm during busy times.
