Yellowstone Club’s Health & Wellness department is currently seeking a Spa House cleaner for the upcoming Summer season (June – September). The purpose of the role is to ensure the highest quality cleanliness and equipment maintenance throughout the Spa, Salon, Retail and Fitness Center for Members and guests of Yellowstone Club.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
  • Guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co‑workers with professionalism and respect at all times, and maintain privacy of members at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times, communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors, perform work in a safe and high‑quality manner, and project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; long hours may be required due to business demands.
Essential Functions
  • Understand all aspects of cleaning public and semi-private spaces at a level recognized in a world‑class Spa, Salon & Fitness environment.
  • Sort, fold and launder terry and linen.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas, offices and other work spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness and operating standards.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience working at a large club, resort or private club.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Valid State Driver’s License.
Additional Requirements
  • Language:
    Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co‑workers, vendors and other departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
  • Math:
    Able to perform basic math calculations.
  • Reasoning:
    Ability to solve basic problems and know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist.
  • Work Environment:
    Usually performed in a climate‑controlled environment; may be required to work outside in extreme weather as demands dictate.
  • Physical Demands:
    Frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or reach with hands and arms; constant use of vision to perform tasks.
