Location: Yellowstone Mountain Club, LLC (d/b/a Yellowstone Club) – Big Sky, Montana.

Period: October 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027 (four full‑time, temporary positions).

The Lodgekeeping Supervisor will manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Lodgekeeping department, ensuring that all common, guest, and employee areas meet the high standards of cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and appearance expected at Yellowstone Club.

• Supervise up to 20 Lodge keepers and Lodgekeeping drivers, assign duties, and conduct oversight of all cleaning activities.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards for stairways, offices, hallways, bathrooms, restaurants, retail space, recreation areas, locker rooms, departmental offices, and employee areas.
• Provide support for laundering food & beverage, health and wellness, and member laundry items; load and fold linen, hand towels, and other materials as required.
• Inspect equipment and furnishings, prepare work orders, and coordinate necessary maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional service through knowledge and professionalism in all interactions.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, training, and performance reviews of department personnel.
• Coordinate billing, scheduling, and daily operational reporting for the Lodgekeeping department.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and vehicles in an orderly fashion, stock amenities, and keep all tools and equipment ready for use.
• Handle the cleaning and maintenance of lodge residences, including removal of trash and organization of housekeeping areas.
• Participate in occasional training and quality‑control procedures for team members.

35 hours per week with additional hours during peak times, including overtime. Shift times vary and may include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday work. Sample shifts: 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 7:00 pm.

• Hourly wage: $24.27 – $30.00, paid bi‑weekly.
• Overtime: $36.41 – $45.00 per hour.
• Eligibility for additional income via service charge.

• Three (3) months of housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial laundry experience at a high‑end hotel, resort, or private club.
• Valid U.S. or international driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and supervise a team of lodgekeepers.
• Pre‑employment background check required.
• Worksite located in Gallatin or Madison County, Montana (within one hour travel of primary job location).

• Optional seasonal housing available on first‑come, first‑served basis; cost $225.00–$700.00 bi‑weekly.
• Housing options include single or double room occupancy with utilities and rent collected through an online portal.
• Optional benefits for “Key Seasonal” status (≥3,200 hours worked) include medical, dental, and vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield and accrual of vacation and sick time. Seasonal staff may elect to enroll in a 401(k).
• Transportation, subsistence, and travel reimbursement policies as detailed in the policy documentation.
• Work periods guarantee at least 75% of scheduled hours; tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no cost.
