Montage International - - Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and equipment for events and restaurants alongside Pastry Chef;
Prepare and order items for all pastry menus; create order sheets and inventory systems;
Assist in creating weekly schedules for pastry Associates and assist with payroll;
Monitor execution and delivery of the hotel amenity program and coordinate with pastry team;
Ensure proper receiving, storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of pastry goods per Health Department regulations
