Location: Big Sky
Yellowstone Club, a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a seasonal Housekeeping Driver for the upcoming summer season (May–September). The role ensures staff are safely transported and maintains overall cleanliness of assigned private residences in accordance with Yellowstone Club Cleaning Standards.
Salary:
Starting at $20/hour.
- Provide outstanding guest service by greeting Members and guests, maintaining service standards, and displaying professionalism.
- Ensure total guest satisfaction, representing the club in a legal and ethical manner.
- Apply property safety and security procedures; seek medical assistance or notify management during emergencies.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all employees.
- Follow all driver safety precautions, including wearing seat belts, observing speed limits, and ensuring occupants wear seat belts.
- Check vehicle exterior and interior regularly for issues; report any damages.
- Participate in the department’s shuttle program, driving to employee housing, the club, and designated stops.
- Transport team members to and from assigned areas throughout the club.
- Support housekeepers in cleaning luxury homes and lodges.
- Prepare residences for cleaning by removing trash, stripping beds, and starting dishwashers.
- Stock amenities such as bottled water, towels, and tissues in vehicles.
- Maintain cleaning totes, carts, linen rooms, and housekeeping equipment in neat order.
- Operate with various housekeeping teams to achieve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms, maintaining Member privacy.
- Assist in preparing new homes or other property locations for opening.
- Comply with club policies, procedures, and OSHA chemical handling standards.
- May assign duties or give instructions to other housekeepers or team members as needed.
- Participate and complete all necessary training or classes required by Yellowstone Club, Human Resources, or the supervisor.
- Perform all duties in a timely, efficient, and safety‑oriented manner per club policies.
- Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance, and consistency standards.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards Members, guests, vendors, customers, and co‑workers.
- Maintain confidentiality of Member information and privacy of residences.
- Present a clean and neat personal appearance.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers, and directors/VPs.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.
- Understand that management may reassign duties, work hours, or responsibilities as needed.

Experience / Education Preferred- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
- 3 months of housekeeping experience; hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid U.S. or International Driver’s License.
- Basic knowledge of technology.
- Clear verbal and written communication with Members, guests, co‑workers, vendors, and departments.
- Basic math calculations.
- Basic problem‑solving and the ability to seek manager assistance when necessary.
Work is typically performed in climate‑controlled areas but may require outside exposure to extreme weather during certain seasons.
Physical DemandsFrequently requires talking and hearing; frequently lifts 25‑50 pounds; constantly uses hands, fingers, vision, and alertness while driving and operating vehicles.
