Yellowstone Club’s Housekeeping department is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the upcoming Summer season (May–September).
The purpose of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to assist the Housekeeping Management Team with supervisory tasks within private residences, supporting the department and its employees.
Starting at $23/hour
Major Responsibilities- Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a guest‑friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining service standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and providing all components of guest service.
- Guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to guests at all times, and represent Yellowstone Club professionally with Members and guests, handling all transactions in a legal and ethical manner.
- Apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for employees, Members, and guests. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact your direct manager, the Director of Housekeeping, or Human Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Provide training, coaching, and counseling to all housekeeping employees.
- Follow established policies and practices for the Housekeeping department and Residential Services division.
- Clean private homes at a level that meets the highest hospitality standards.
- Oversee staff to ensure crews use departmental practices for consistency.
- Conduct regular home inspections with a critical eye to ensure adherence to cleanliness and operating standards while maintaining owner preferences.
- Assist the Housekeeping Management team with supervising daily operations, including billing and scheduling.
- Converse with Members and guests in a hospitable and professional manner.
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training department personnel and provide bi‑annual performance reviews.
- Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Participate in and complete all required training/classes designated by Yellowstone Club, Human Resources, or your direct manager.
- Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance, and consistency standards.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers, and co‑workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
- Maintain privacy of our Members at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers, and directors/VPs.
- Perform work in a safe and high‑quality manner.
- Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club at all times.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
