The Front Office Supervisor assists in leading the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with Hilton brand standards. This role provides leadership and support to the front desk team, coaches team members, resolves guest concerns, and helps maintain a seamless arrival and departure experience. The Front Office Supervisor leads by example, maintains a visible presence in the lobby, and supports the Guest Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager in achieving guest satisfaction, financial, and operational goals.

- Supervise daily front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with Hilton brand standards
- Lead by example by maintaining a visible presence in the lobby and assisting guests throughout their stay
- Support Guest Service Representatives with guest interactions, service recovery, and operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, cash handling procedures, credit card authorization standards, and security protocols
- Assist with scheduling, daily task assignments, and shift coverage to support operational needs
- Coach, train, and develop front office team members while promoting accountability and consistent service standards
- Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, upgrades, and special requests to maximize guest satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival and guest needs are met promptly
- Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities, taking corrective action when necessary
- Maintain accurate shift logs and ensure effective communication between shifts and departments
- Oversee Suite Shop inventory, ordering, merchandising, and cash controls
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new front office team members
- Support quality assurance initiatives and prepare for Hilton QA inspections and audits
- Assist with front office reporting, productivity, and labor management as directed by leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Previous front office, hospitality, or guest service experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Hilton systems (PEP, Honors, and QA) preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
