The Attendant, Housekeeping (CV) is responsible for providing housekeeping services across the Colleague Village complex to include all Colleague Rooms and Public Areas. This individual must demonstrate genuine care and concern for colleagues at all times, with a focus on maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized environment.
Key Duties&ResponsibilitiesExtends warm, personalized greetings to colleagues, using names whenever possible
Delivers housekeeping services that consistently exceed expectations, with all assigned areasmaintainedaccording to One&Only standards
Performs deep cleaning of Colleague Rooms and Public Areas, and other designated venues
Keeps carpets in public areas clean through daily vacuuming, edging, and spot treatment
Thoroughly sanitizes equipment in public areas, such as ice machines
Prepares scheduled arrival of Colleague Rooms to be ready at the designated times
Maintains all in-room materials, such as compendiums, directories, booklets, and flyers in excellent conditions
Replenishes linens, towels, amenities, and other related supplies in accordance with Colleague Village standards
Ensures plateware, glassware, and cutlery in Colleague Rooms meet hygiene and sanitation standards
Understands the responsibility of carrying a Master Key andmaintainsits security
Ensures all housekeeping equipment is cleaned,properly stored, and in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions and defects to the Housing Manager
Reports maintenance issues to the Housing Manager
Complies withthe standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up all assigned areas
Follows chemical usage guidelines as outlined in the Chemical Training SOP
Observes safe working practices in line with SOPsregarding
Health and Safety
Performsadditionalduties as assigned by the Housing Manager or other members of the Management team
Skills, Experience, & Educational RequirementsPrevious housekeeping experience is an advantage
Familiar with hotel facilities, operations, and services is preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, co-workers, and managers
Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling
- Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds
- Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
