We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a luxury resort in Montana. This is a hands‑on recruitment role for someone who takes pride in finding the right people, building strong pipelines, and supporting a high‑performing HR function. You will manage full-cycle hiring across all levels of the organisation and play a key part in shaping the resort's people strategy.
WHATYOU'LLDO- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, from line colleagues to leadership and international program participants
- Manageandnurturerelationshipswithexternalrecruitmentpartners
- Buildtalentpipelinesthroughcommunityoutreach,career fairs,andstrategicpartnerships
- Overseebenefitsadministration,includinghealthinsurance,leave programs,andretirementplans
- SupportnewhireonboardingandcolleagueoffboardingincoordinationwiththewiderHRteam
- ConductregularcompensationbenchmarkingandpresentrecommendationstoHRleadership
- Advisemanagersonrecruitmentbestpractices,employee relations,andperformancemanagement
- Minimum 2 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a luxury resort environment
- Familiaritywithinternationalhiringprogramsisastrongadvantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeand HRISplatforms
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
- Bachelor'sdegreein
