• Perform payroll from start to finish for a team of around 200 employees.
• Collect, enter, and verify all payroll variables.
• Ensure the reliability of salary slips in compliance with deadlines.
• Conduct consistency checks and monitor any potential anomalies.
• Manage employee administrative records.
• Prepare documents related to employee departures.
• Track leave, absences, and work stoppages.
• Handle daily social security daily allowance payments.
• Ensure proper integration of absence elements in payroll.
• Prepare and verify Social Security Declarations (DSN).
• Answer questions from managers and employees on daily payroll topics.

• High volume of personnel movements (around 100 entries per month).
• Constantly growing portfolio.
• Payroll and HR software:
  Nibelis.
• Expense report management software:
  Notilus.

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience, either in a company or in a firm.
• Complete mastery of the payroll process and associated social obligations.
• Good knowledge of the DSN.
• Ability to manage a large volume of payroll variables.
• Experience with Nibelis is a real asset.
• Independent, meticulous, and reliable.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a rapidly growing environment.
