As the HR Generalist, you'll help build that team by recruiting outstanding people, creating meaningful first impressions, and supporting employees throughout their journey at Lone Mountain Ranch.
This is a hands-on role that combines recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations in a fast-paced, highly seasonal environment where no two days look quite the same. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across every department to recruit and onboard our seasonal workforce while helping keep our HR systems organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition- Partner with hiring managers to recruit for seasonal and year-round positions across multiple departments.
- Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Research and recommend new recruiting platforms, partnerships, and outreach opportunities.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, hospitality programs, workforce agencies, and industry organizations.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Build trusted relationships by serving as an approachable resource for employees throughout their employment journey.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee events.
- Coordinate uniforms, onboarding materials, and other employee resources.
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every new employee joining the Ranch.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Utilize Rippling and other HR technology to support efficient HR operations.
- Assist with policy administration, compliance, reporting, and HR communications.
- Create recruiting content for Linked In and other platforms to strengthen Lone Mountain Ranch's employer brand.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and administrative processes.
- Provide practical HR guidance and day-to-day support to managers and employees.
- Help solve problems while balancing employee needs with operational priorities.
- Collaborate across departments to support hiring, employee success, and the overall operation.
- Step outside of traditional HR responsibilities when needed to support the team and create a better employee experience.

- A minimum of five years of professional work experience.
- Human Resources experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee support.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and confidence learning new technology.
