RN Employee Health Services

• Coordinate Employee Health Programs
• Manage Employee Health onboarding requirements for new hires
• Partner with Human Resources and leaders to create a smooth onboarding experience
• Coordinate workplace injury, exposure, and return-to-work processes
• Maintain documentation, track follow-up needs, and support compliance efforts
• Help develop and implement Employee Health processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve employee health, safety, and program effectiveness
• Serve as a resource for Employee Health questions and processes
• Provide guidance and support to leaders and staff across the region

• Current Montana RN license or Multistate compact license required
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical setting such as a physician practice or hospital preferred
• Employee Health or Occupational Health experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• RQI Provider (BLS) required

Demonstrates expertise in coordinating Employee Health Programs and managing onboarding requirements, with a focus on compliance and program effectiveness. Possesses strong organizational and communication skills to support leaders and staff in health-related processes.
