Job Summary
The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will support the efficient execution of the full recruitment lifecycle by attracting, identifying, and hiring exceptional talent in support of the organization's stragetic workforce goals. This role will serve as the backbone for all recruitment activities by coordinating candidate interviews, owning the pre-employment onboarding process, and maintaining candidate information.
Housing:
This position is eligible for a private room at a discounted rate within our subsidized housing.
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to maintaining and updating the organizational chart, posting internal and external job requisitions, screening and communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters
* Review job descriptions in collaboration with Human Resources and hiring managers for quality assurance, ensuring alignment with responsibilities, qualifications, and organizational needs
* Screen applicants against role requirements and qualifications to identify prospective candidates
* Coordinate interviews with Human Resources and hiring managers by scheduling meetings, creating calendar invitations, and providing communication with all stakeholders
* Track candidate progress, interview statuses, candidate dispositions, and other recruitment-related activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely workflow movement
* Administer pre-employment activities, including welcome communications, background checks, reference checks, assessments, and other pre-hire requirements
* Monitor international recruitment activities and immigration processes across the J-1 and H-2B program by tracking visa applications and approvals and liaising with external partners
* Support onboarding and orientation activities by preparing new hire documentation, processing new hires in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and assembling first-day materials
* Manage administrative activities related to recruitment processes, ensuring recruitment reports are accurate and hiring records are updated
* Assist with career fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed
* Create engaging recruitment marketing materials, inlcuding flyers, posters, presentations, videos, and other promotional content for recruitment campaigns
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Human Resources or other members of management
Skills, Experience, and Educational Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resouces or in administrative support is highly desirable
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
* Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or related software is strongly preferred
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality
