About the Job

We are seeking to recruit an experienced individual to strengthen our Networking & IT Security team, responsible for all global IP connectivity and infrastructure security of the FIMBank Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate shall fulfil this role in these main areas:

* Scoping and provisioning of Group enterprise security and networking deliverables, either assigned individually or in collaboration within a team, following a risk-based methodology and adhering to least privilege and zero trust principles within established internal and regulatory frameworks;

* Direct technical hands-on expertise in the design, development, administration, documentation and support of Group enterprise network devices and security infrastructure, as well as acting as a senior point of escalation for advanced support in areas of competence; and

* Initiative in the continuous pursuit of excellence, towards the achievement of own and team operational and delivery objectives.

* Maintain complex IT infrastructures and contribute to the design, build, and high standard up-keep of several key technical domains, such as:

* IP, Internet and cloud technologies;

* Wired and wireless data networks;

* Network management and performance monitoring technologies;

* IT infrastructure security systems, covering defense in depth endpoints, networks, applications, collaboration, web access, remote access, cloud services and other applicable systems;

* Software-defined security and networking in virtualised environments; and

* Authentication platforms.

* Stay adjourned and adhere to the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

* Have 5 to 9 years prior experience working in similar roles in a senior capacity in demanding and preferably regulated mission-critical IT environments;

* Possess an engineering or IT-related degree or equivalent

* Possess relevant vendor certifications in networking and security technologies;

* Have proven ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities;

* Have well-evolved analytical skills;

* Be an excellent team player and willing to support the Group outside of standard office hours, as may be necessary from time to time;

* Show constant drive, passion, and commitment together with the ability to deliver objectives within tight deadlines; and

* Possess good communication skills in verbal and written English language.
