Network Security Administrator Position

The role of network security administrator is strategic for the Information Systems Directorate. It ensures the operation of network platforms and security devices. It also plays a role of assistance, information, training, and alert. It can intervene directly on any or part of a project that falls within its area of expertise. It also performs technological surveillance, participates in studies of the general technical architecture and its evolution, as well as the qualification of computer platforms.

Finally, it handles requests for incidents and services under its responsibility.

Main activities:

• Ensure the integration and production of network platforms and security devices:
• Deploy the platforms and systems validated by the Information Systems Directorate.
• Provide support to teams for the use of new systems.
• Administer information systems:
• Administer the different technical solutions under its responsibility.
• Implement the evolutions.
• Ensure technological surveillance.

Missions:

• Administer the different network platforms and certain security devices.
• Provide level 2 support to the support center.
• Propose solutions to circumvent to ensure optimal continuity of service.
• Exploit the architecture, prevent malfunctions, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities of the infrastructures (saturation, security, backup configuration, etc.)
• Carry out or coordinate technical audits and periodically optimize the installations.
• Update the technical architecture documents (DAT) and the operational documents (DEX) of all network and security technical bricks.
• Ensure technological surveillance and be a force of proposal on technical evolutions.

Profile sought:

Network infrastructure administration: CISCO (LAN), Hpe-Aruba (WIFI), Clearpass (NAC) Security infrastructure administration: FORTINET Windows, Linux DHCP – DNS Knowledge of virtualized environments is a plus: VMWARE - VEEAM You are able to maintain a functional and perennial network architecture in operational condition responding to the imperatives of information system security. You have recognized technical knowledge and you have the ability to adapt to follow the evolution of the IT.

You have a sense of teamwork. You are curious, autonomous, rigorous and reactive. Desired degree level:
Engineer's degree (or equivalent), computer science or telecommunications Experience in project management, in computer production

Legal basis:

Art. L332-8 provision 2 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
