Supply Chain Lead

GSK is looking for a Supply Chain Lead to join our Saint-Amand-les-Eaux manufacturing site in France. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape end-to-end supply chain performance, strengthen operational excellence, and contribute to the reliable delivery of medicines and vaccines to patients.

Job Purpose

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will lead Supply Chain and Logistics across the site, covering the full flow from raw material receipt through to finished goods distribution.

In this role, you will ensure that supply operations are reliable, efficient, compliant, and aligned with GSK's global Supply Chain network. You will optimize site capabilities, support business and financial objectives, and maintain the highest standards of Quality (GMP), Safety (EHS), and regulatory compliance.

As Supply Chain Lead, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics operations on site, including planning, scheduling, procurement, warehousing, and physical flows from material receipt to finished goods distribution
  • Align site activities with global Supply Chain processes and governance, including S&OP/IBP, SRM, and CRM, acting as a key interface with the global network and external partners
  • Drive performance across service, OTIF, inventory, cost, and productivity through strong KPI management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Ensure effective management of site capacity, resources, and material flows to secure product availability and meet customer commitments
  • Champion a strong Quality Culture, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP requirements, regulatory standards, internal procedures, and audit and inspection readiness
  • Embed a proactive EHS culture, ensuring safety remains a core value and that risks are effectively identified, managed, and mitigated
  • Lead risk management and business continuity planning to protect supply, quality, safety, cost, and customer commitments
  • Define and deploy the Supply Chain strategy in line with site priorities and GSK global objectives, contributing actively to site leadership and decision-making
  • Role model GSK values and leadership expectations by demonstrating integrity, accountability, inclusion, and a strong performance mindset
  • Lead, develop and engage teams, build capability, supporting talent development, and fostering employee wellbeing
  • Manage the departmental budget and contribute to site financial performance through cost control and productivity improvements
  • Support New Product Introductions and strategic site projects, ensuring supply chain readiness and effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Represent Supply Chain within the Site Leadership Team and act as a trusted partner internally and externally, promoting alignment across the organization.

  • Experience in working in matrix and international environments
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English – written and spoken
