Maintenance Associate

Join Pursuit Collection as a Maintenance Associate, supporting the upkeep of lodges, hotels, cabins, staff housing, and other buildings across our destinations.

• Help prepare lodges, hotels, cabins, staff housing, and a variety of other buildings for opening.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs, and make improvements to buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Remove trash and haul for disposal.
• Keep records of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.

• Work‑ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
• 2–3 years maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to work solo or as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety first.
• Organized with a great eye for detail.
• Kind to others and always bring your best.
• Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions.

Starting wage: $18.00/hour.
