The candidate will be a full-time Summit County resident who has attention to detail and is looking for an opportunity within the hospitality industry. Previous experience is not required.

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Conduct pre-arrival property inspections throughout Keystone Resort and ensure the property is properly maintained and prepared for guest arrival.
• Provide quality control to ensure properties meet the required standards and inspection items.
• Resolve minor maintenance issues.
• Light maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, delivering propane, and fixing minor maintenance issues.
• Organize and prioritize the inspection schedule.
• Use company software systems (with training).
• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Provide home pre-arrival, owner, and annual inspections.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required.

• Detail-oriented and able to work off checklists.
• Communicate effectively with guests, homeowners, and staff.
• Mechanically inclined, able to resolve minor maintenance issues.
• Efficient and independent worker, self-starter with a positive attitude.
