Senior Manager Life Science R&D Consultant Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager within a life Science Consultancy with a strong background in supporting clients through the life cycle of their projects including, R&D, manufacturing and commercial.

• Assistin the obtaining, leading and, alongside the team, the delivery of projects to senior stakeholders from high profile clients in the relevant industries.
• Assist with the development of ideas and propositions to deliver to clients securing new and expanding existing projects.
• Driving new business performance through improving quality culture and mindsets, improving processes and procedures through a variety of methods including process automation and utilizing advanced analytics and AI.
• Producing outcomes that deliver accelerated development, manufacturing and commercial timelines. Utilizing internal and external data through advanced analytics.
• Cover all stages of the project with a focus on quality management, assurance, regulatory affairs, product safety and medical affairs.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a science related field
• 6 years life science industry experience
• Minimum of 6 years experience in the consultancy industry
• Proven experience managing and leading teams effectively
• Experience in running large transformation projects
• Exposure to the innovations within technology/cloud/RWD/NLP that drove business performance, simplificationsand/or patient centricity in the relevant markets.
• Exposure to GxP, data privacy, digital strategy development, operating model design, quality system design, process improvement, technology implementation and digital & analytical technologies in GxP regulated environment.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German and/or French with the travel mobility to serve internationalclients
