The Special Education Cooperative is seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Cooperative Business Manager to oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions that support our special education and mental health programs, staff, and member school districts.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in school or cooperative business operations and finance

* Strong knowledge of budgeting and accounting systems

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance

* Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and personnel documentation

* Coordinate with member districts on financial processes, service agreements, and shared resources

* Prepare and present financial reports to the Director and Board

* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to cooperative operations

* Support strategic planning and long-range financial forecasting

* Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with district administrators, staff, and Director
