Position: Travel Maintenance Supervisor, weekly pay up to $950
Location: Glasgow

Travel Maintenance Supervisor leading maintenance of hospital boiler systems in Glasgow, Montana for a 13‑week assignment. Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating repairs to minimize operational disruption. Earn weekly direct deposit pay up to $950 with competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hospital boiler systems to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, establishing schedules and delegating tasks efficiently.
  • Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs for team members.
  • Coordinate with hospital administration to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational disruption.
  • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • MT Boilers License.
    • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management.
    • Experience with boiler systems.
    • Ability to pass a background check.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
    • Flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    Preferred

    Skills:
    • Technical training in facilities management.
    • Supervisory or management certification.
    • Familiarity with hospital maintenance protocols.
