Vos missions en quelques mots

The city of Dunkirk welcomes 1648 children in kindergarten and 2543 children in elementary school within 40 schools. In this context, as a school reference, you manage multidisciplinary teams of ATSEM and maintenance agents. You ensure the interface with partners including school directors. You ensure a cross-functional mission on the management of pedagogical projects.

• Management of multidisciplinary teams of ATSEM and maintenance agents

• Coordinate, animate, supervise, and evaluate the staff assigned to kindergarten and elementary schools in the sector
• Organize regular team meetings
• Plan and organize the out-of-school work of ATSEM and maintenance agents
• Control the maintenance of schools: visual control, identification of possible non-conformities, and implementation of corrective measures
• Meet and exchange with ATSEM during the midday break time
• Manage team assignments, absences, and leave, ensure reporting and replacements if necessary
• Check the state of equipment and storage of cleaning products

• Management of the interface with partners including school directors

• Inform and communicate school directors about changes, new developments, and events
• Manage dematerialized school registrations
• Accompany families
• Create, update, and transmit forms intended for elected officials
• Manage requests for out-of-school time works
• Participate in safety commissions

• Cross-functional mission: management of pedagogical projects

• Manage one-off projects: dictionaries, Christmas books...
• Participate in the commission for the allocation of grants for pedagogical projects and work closely with school directors and internal/external partners for the implementation of projects
• Ensure monitoring of subsidized/labeled projects for schools
