Through its site assistance services (radiation protection, regulatory controls, nuclear logistics, etc.), the Operations and Training Division contributes to the success of EDF's industrial programs aimed at safely producing low-carbon energy.

Here are the challenges we propose to meet together:

Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Prepare, plan and monitor radiation protection projects, notably in conjunction with the Radiation Protection Preparer and the Activity Planner,
• Ensure site management in line with the SCC,
• Replacing staff absent from the field
• Provide technical support to existing staff
• Supporting new recruits
• Organize, supervise and manage a team of technicians and workers working on nuclear installations.
• Produce site reports, track hours and manage equipment,
• Support in writing site reports,
• Check intervention files and ensure follow-up,
• Liaise with the EDF Radiation Protection Project Manager,
• Apply and enforce QSE (quality, safety and environment) instructions.

Open-ended local position based in GRAVELINES

Ideally with 2 or 3 years' higher education in radiation protection, you will have solid experience in site management and supervising work teams in a nuclear environment.

You are recognized for your leadership and interpersonal skills.

You have a good sense of priorities and enjoy customer contact.
