Missions Of The Position

- You act on the ground in proximity with clients, colleagues, and producers.

- You participate with the team in writing the commercial project of the department and create events that allow your clients to discover the products and production.

- You maintain a win-win relationship with your supplier partners.

- You guarantee the daily availability of products for your clients.

- You participate in the management of the operating account to ensure the profitability of your department.

- You participate in the life of the store and the network through cross-functional missions.

- You define and implement the human project of your scope: from the recruitment of your team to its integration, training, and talent development.

You have the soul of a retailer and a sense of customer service. You are passionate about the food sector (products, cooking, agriculture). You are motivated by management and have a pronounced taste for the operational. You are a leader at heart, like to challenge yourself, and wish to participate in an ambitious and innovative project. You ideally have two years of successful experience as an operational manager.

You are mobile in the Haut de France region. Your mobility in one of the following regions is a bonus:
Brittany, Bordeaux, Nice, Savoy/Haute Savoie.
