• Supervise and lead the team on landscape construction sites.
• Organize and monitor the works, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform and oversee new constructions: planting, creation of flower beds, small landscape masonry.
• Supervise maintenance tasks: mowing, clearing, weeding.
• Act as a liaison between management, team, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Manage managerial and operational aspects to ensure safety and efficiency on site.
