Director General Deputy For Internal Resources
Pévèle Carembault, a community of more than 100,000 inhabitants with 140 permanent staff members, located near major urban areas, is recruiting for a Deputy Director General for Internal Resources (M/F) following retirement. Cadre d'emploi des attachés (cat.
A). Under the responsibility of the director general of services, you will manage all the support functions of the interco (finances, human resources, public procurement, legal, and information systems). As a member of the general management team, you will be a force of proposal, accompany the implementation of the mandate project, and secure financial and legal balances, and contribute to optimizing the efficiency of services.
Ensure the coordination of services under the "internal resources" direction. Provide expertise on all strategic issues within its scope. In close liaison with the heads of service of the direction:
Secure the financial trajectory of the interco by ensuring the financial sustainability of projects in a multi-year logic. Manage the strategy for managing and optimizing human resources. Ensure legal security and public procurement. Contribute to the development of the digital strategy and the management of data.
Required profile:
Higher education (Bac + 3 minimum) and proven experience. Mastery of financial, legal, human resources, public procurement, and information systems procedures. Solid knowledge of the functioning of an EPCI. Mastery of the institutional evolution context. Capacity for arbitration and decision-making. Strong analytical and strategic vision skills. Rigorous, strong relational skills, force of proposal.
