The B2C commercial division, which includes 200 employees including sales teleconsultants, managers, and operational support teams, plays a central role in this growth dynamic. The B2C Commercial Directorate aims not only to optimize the operational functioning of the division but also to maximize sales, by strengthening processes and practices to support the company's ambitious objectives.

The Director Commercial B2C is responsible for defining and implementing the direct sales strategy to learners. This role includes managing and leading a team of 150-200 teleconsultants to maximize sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve commercial objectives.

Your missions as Director Commercial B2C:

Pilot the commercial activity to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives in line with the budget (Run)

  • Define and implement commercial strategy and action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Manage and lead teleconsultant teams: recruitment, training, motivation, and development of employees
  • Animation and follow-up of team engagement
  • Manage workload
  • Achieve commercial objectives and pilot overall performance
  • Coordinate sales activities and priorities with other functions of the Skill & You group

Pilot the continuous improvement of the commercial division (project management), notably:

  • Optimize performance management processes
  • Improve the organization and efficiency of commercial teams
  • Ensure smooth communication and maintain team engagement
  • Supervise the follow-up of individual performance and promote the skill development of salespeople
  • Manage projects impacting the Directorate (IT, organizational, implementation of new processes, etc.)

Profile sought:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in B2C sales management, preferably with experience in the online education sector.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams or teleconsultants.
  • Solid experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies.

Hard skills

  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Good knowledge of best practices in managing teleconsultant teams.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales and telephony management software.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and use dashboards to track performance.

Soft skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
