The Nature Conservancy is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Matador Ranch located in Montana. This position involves supporting annual stewardship projects, managing ranch operations, and maintaining critical infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3 years’ experience in natural resource management. Responsibilities include equipment operation and maintaining positive relationships with landowners and partners. A valid driver's license is required, along with compliance with TNC’s Auto Safety Program.
