Terminal Operations Manager
Oversee all day-to-day terminal operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, train, and lead terminal personnel.
Maintain product quality and inventory accuracy.
Manage operational reporting and documentation.
Coordinate inbound and outbound railcar and truck product movements.
Plan and support terminal capital improvement and expansion projects.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate equipment repairs.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure OSHA, Haz Mat, HAZWOPER, and FRA compliance.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
Monitor terminal performance and implement process improvements.
Maintain operational readiness for 24/7 terminal activities.
Qualifications and CertificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in terminal operations, rail operations, transloading, or chemical processing.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial or terminal environment.
Experience with railcar and truck product receipt operations.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA, Haz Mat, HAZWOPER, and FRA certifications.
Strong knowledge of environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in industrial environments.
