Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Contractors survey both residential and commercial properties, take photos, obtain property details and assess overall conditions, provide reports in a timely manner, and submit reports online. All survey reports should be submitted through the PC/Desktop and include attachments.

• Survey residential and commercial properties.
• Take photos of the property and record property details and overall conditions.
• Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner with attachments via the designated online system.

• Reliable car for inspections and ability to drive to properties.
• Microsoft Windows 10 or newer on computer.
• Smartphone or digital camera.
• Reliable home internet access.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
