• Supervise activities of daily living.
• Responsible for all monetary transactions of the members, and following proper procedures as assigned
• Supervise and assist in the development of the members’ Personal Support Plan, of materials related to the PSP, assist in the collection of data for members PSP, supervise member’s progress or lack of progress within the individual plan modify programs as necessary in conjunction with the PSP team. Ensure PSP paperwork is completed on time and correct annually for each member in their home.
  
  Attend and participate in yearly and special PSP meetings. Documentation must be done daily.
• Monitor and supervise all members’ medications.
• Coordinate, monitor and document all safety procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings monthly in conjunction with the manager
• Test water temperature, smoke, and co2 detectors monthly.
• Sign off on group home fire extinguishers, van extinguishers monthly
• Review and approve staff time sheets bi-weekly, when assigned.
• Enter ending mileage and tally rides, turn in ride sheets monthly.
• Assist manager with weekly menus, grocery shopping, supply shopping, and maintain budgets.
• Complete community outings out to eat, dances, shopping trips.
• Supervise staff and relief.
• Train/orientate new staff
• Special Olympics physical completed each year (if needed)
• Responsible to conduct and be accountable for monthly fire drills, van evacuation drills, and checks, and turn them into Safety Supervisor at the end of each calendar month as assigned.
• Document all incident reports, leisure, and community integration activities.
• Responsible for an awareness of and for the purchase of member’s personal needs. As assigned.
• Will follow policies regarding member’s monies.
• Attend staff meetings as assigned.
• Responsible for taking members to all medical appointments as deemed necessary by Immediate Supervisor.
• Send monthly documentation reports check to see that it is complete.
• Answer phone and handle all staffing/member decisions.
• Maintain facility assigned (put in work orders, purchase appliance and furniture following BSW procedures).
• Complete/assign basic home care cooking, cleaning, laundry, mowing the lawn, raking leaves, watering lawns, shoveling snow
• Providing transportation as needed.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Two (2) years of experience with Developmentally Disabled adults preferred.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License and the ability to be covered by BSW, Inc. insurance.
• Willingness to attend specialized training as assigned.
• Maintain required certifications.
