$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
Third Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6am - 6:30pm
Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hr after 90-day introductory period
As a Production Technician II
, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly and safely. You’ll:
- Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment within your department
- Follow GMP, SOP, and food safety standards to ensure the highest quality products
- Meet daily production goals with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform weights, measures, and quality checks with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Collaborate with your team to meet shared goals and support other departments when needed
- Uphold excellent attendance and punctuality
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
