RMT is a leading company in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high-performance cutting tools. We are currently seeking Production Laborers to join our Drill Finish department.

As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top-quality products. Advancement opportunities are available, with set wage increases for training completion. We have various shifts available.

• Learn various machine operation duties.
• Machine operation, load/unload parts, wash parts, assemble parts, inspect parts, move materials.
• Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor.
• Read job orders.
• Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks.
• Enter data into computer systems.
• Perform manual production duties.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others.
• Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor.
• Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties.
• Assemble component parts.
