Production Operators Wanted
Evonik REXIM sas, specialized in highly purified amino acids and their derivatives for the pharmaceutical, agro-food, and cosmetic industries, is looking for production operators for its site based in Ham.

Missions:
- Starting, stopping, and restarting one or more installations/machines/devices, in compliance with the applicable work instructions;
- Checking and maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment, production and control equipment (reactor, filter press, press, column, pH meter,...);
- Checking the safety of an installation;
- Checking the operation of a tool or equipment;
- Checking the conformity of a production;
- Checking the quality of a production;
- Monitoring the operation of machines and equipment and performing simple interventions in case of incident;
- Taking samples of materials or products, referencing and recording them for analysis;
- Making measurements of the product (Bx, temperature, pH...) and detecting anomalies related to its transformation;
- Checking the quantitative and qualitative conformity of raw materials, semi-finished and/or finished products, packaging, and equipment that enter its production;
- Adjusting and configuring equipment, varying parameters (flow rate, level, temperature, pressure, dosage...) to prevent process deviations between setpoint value, actual value, to optimize equipment operation and ensure the conformity of the final product;
- Filling in production records, production-related documents, and software on which it will be trained (SAP, OEE, and others); recording and transcribing quality, volumes, incidents of operation, etc. in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);
- Making installations available and safe in liaison with its hierarchy.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Ensure mastery of its production line in compliance with the QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment) policy, Good Manufacturing Practices;
- Communicate with its hierarchy, colleagues on the production process;
- In the long term, train and support new operators;
- Increase its field of competence in the workshop or in the Operations department. (Depositor, forklift driver, station purification team member, utilities, etc.)
Scope of Autonomy:
- Autonomy on the position and in the realization of missions, in relation with the other positions of the operations sector or other services (example Depositor, forklift driver, technical service, CQ, etc.);
- Report any difficulties, incidents, malfunctions to its hierarchy;
- Propose and integrate improvement actions in daily activity.
Qualifications of the Position:
