SOGEMA SERVICES is a company specialized in production and mechanical, hydraulic and related technologies, operating in a demanding industrial environment focused on safety, performance and customer satisfaction.

In the context of a structural project to reorganize production activities, we are looking for a Production Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Missions

• Organize and manage production in the short, medium and long term
• Ensure respect of deadlines, costs, quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage production teams and lead management rituals
• Implement, monitor and analyze production performance indicators
• Use RETEX to improve practices and performance
• Organize and manage multi-site technical stops
• Be the QSE/SSE (safety, prevention plans, MASE audits) reference

Profile

• Confirmed experience in production management, ideally in industrial environments or on construction sites
• Mastery of performance indicators, continuous improvement approaches and management rituals
• Experience in organizing multi-site technical stops
• Field approach, structured and solution-oriented
• Leadership, rigor, team spirit
• Caring and demanding management
