Nous recherchons notre nouveau Chef d'équipe F/H à Dunkerque.

You are in charge of carrying out activities in sheet metal work and welding for our different clients. In this role, your main duties are the following:

• Lead the team under your responsibility
• Be the technical reference in metallurgy
• Ensure the implementation of and respect for HSEQ guidelines on site
• Ensure the traceability and quality of reports from the field
• Identify and detect anomalies or potential improvements during the execution phases (identification of field feedback through operational feedback)
• Manage on-site emergencies in liaison with the zone coordinator. Mobilize resources to ensure responsiveness.
• Ensure a reduction in non-value-added times during execution
• Alert coordination at the detection of a risk of planning deviation or hazard, and be a force of proposal on these subjects

• Salary range between 2,200€ and 2,800€ gross
• End of year bonus called 13th month
