Job Opportunity
Too many of our daily wastes are classified as non-recyclable, destined for incineration or burial. Monomeris Chemicals, a startup specializing in chemical recycling of waste, effectively addresses this global and environmental issue through its new technology of recycling by ionic depolymerization.
Our solutions, combining Greentech and Industry, contribute to the development of a decarbonized circular economy while managing the end-of-life of products from multiple sectors (packaging, textiles, automotive, chemicals, etc.)
Our current flagship technology uses ionic catalysts to transform non-recyclable waste into monomers and chemical intermediates, that is, the basic raw materials needed upstream to manufacture all the products of our daily lives.
As part of the development of our activities, join our team to bring your skills and thrive in a startup with impact, through your future missions and responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize chemical recycling processes and the production of monomers
Conduct industrial tests and production phases according to the ionic catalysts used
Analyze data, results, and existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement across the entire process
Contribute to the development of outlets for monomers and chemical intermediates
Propose improvements and innovations in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to solve technical problems
Develop action plans and implement identified improvements or innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency and product quality
Ensure industrial performance according to products and processes
Produce reports, balances, procedures, diagrams, simulations, PFD/PID, and technical calculations
Participate in installation and maintenance
Profile sought:
With a Bac + 8 degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or equivalent, you have experience in the oil & gas sector.
Additional strengths:
Attraction to innovation and problem-solving
Lean manufacturing
Proficiency in modeling, simulation, and process optimization software
Open-mindedness and knowledge in other fields of activity
