Job Title

Your mission:
Within a company specialized in the manufacturing of metal fences and gates, you will work on an industrial painting line. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing metal parts before painting (sanding, degreasing, blowing)
• Attaching and detaching elements on the production line
• Applying powder paint using an electrostatic gun
• Adjusting and regulating your gun according to the pieces and the expected thicknesses
• Ensuring the proper progress of the baking cycle (oven)
• Checking the quality of the pieces (appearance, thickness, finish)
• Performing touch-ups if necessary
• Ensuring the maintenance of the equipment, especially the paint gun

Profile sought:

• Experience in industrial painting required (use of gun indispensable)
• Experience in thermolaquing is a plus
• Profiles from liquid painting mastering the gun are accepted (training possible)
• Knowledge of working on metal parts is appreciated
• Diligence, precision and a sense of doing a good job
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Conditions:

• Work in an industrial workshop
• Daytime or post hours according to activity
• Carrying of loads possible
