As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will work with advanced technologies and state‑of‑the‑art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top‑quality products.

Advancement opportunities are available. There are set wage increases for training completion. The current opening is for a day shift, Monday‑Friday 7 am‑3:30 pm, with a starting wage of $12.37 per hour.

• Learning various machine operation duties

• Machine operation, load/unload parts, wash parts, assemble parts, inspect parts, move materials, and perform any duties requested by the Supervisor

• Read job orders
• Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
• Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
• Enter data into computer systems
• Perform manual production duties
• Wear personal protective equipment as required
• Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
• Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
• Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties
• Assembly of component parts
