Job Title

The PARTNAIRE LILLE BTP agency is looking for FULL-TIME MANUFACTURING AGENTS WITH CACES R489 CAT3 (M/F) in Avelin. Our client specializes in adhesive solutions for the industry, construction, and the general public. On its Avelin site, it produces aqueous and solvent-based glues as well as fixing, sealing, and assembly mastics for all of Europe. The manufacturing agent is the central link in the production line.

In this capacity, and under the responsibility of your line manager, your main duties are:

• Mixing various products to make glue or mastic (following a precise recipe)
• Using and feeding an industrial machine
• Detecting any defects in the products
• Managing the supply of the production line
• Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of your workspace
• Moving pallets at the end of the line

Located in Avelin, the site is not accessible by public transport. Long-term assignment possible. Position is 35 hours in 2x8 hours (5am to 1pm/1pm to 9pm) Monday to Friday. CACES 3 is MANDATORY.

Remuneration: 12.31

EUR/H + 13th month + team bonus + food allowance + kilo metric allowances

The profile:

You have previous experience as a manufacturing agent in the industry (chemical, food,...) and you are manual, with great dexterity. Precise, efficient, you know how to work in complete autonomy. Your ability to use self-propelled trucks (CACES
3) is beyond question. You show organization, responsiveness, and adaptability to ensure the production pace in all circumstances. You have excellent physical condition. You are resistant to noise, odors, and dust. Teamwork is an important aspect of your work fulfillment. Do not hesitate to apply and join our client's teams.
