The Entry Level Woodworker role is a full-time, on-site position located in Red Lodge, MT. This role involves assisting with the production of wooden products, including measuring, cutting, shaping, sanding, and finishing pieces according to established designs and quality standards. The woodworker will learn to safely operate hand tools and power tools, and help maintain a clean, organized workshop. Day-to-day responsibilities also include inspecting materials, following safety procedures, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.

• Candidates should possess skills in operating power tools, including drills, sanders, and saws, following all safety guidelines.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, reliability, and comfort with standing and manual work for extended periods.
• Previous workshop or trade experience is helpful but not required.
