Principal Manufacturing seeks a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our team in Broadview, IL. You will fabricate tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures from blueprints and specifications, ensuring tight tolerances and high quality. You will also train apprentices and maintain tooling in a lean, safe environment.
The ideal candidate has 4 years’ experience in fine blanking, stamping, EDM, CNC, and plastic insert molding, with AutoCAD and Plex knowledge to support manufacturing goals.
