Works under limited supervision and according to established federal & state regulations and Company prescribed work procedures and safety policies;
Operates plant/packaging equipment and forklift;
Performs other duties related to loading and shipping to accomplish a safe and efficient operation;
Maintains good housekeeping practices.

• Gain experience in various areas of the Mill such as:
• Pellet Mill – works with the Plant Control Operator to ensure quality compliance and efficient operation of all production mills, e.g. Roller Mills, Air Classifier Mills, Classifier, Pellet Mills, including quality control checking
• Crude (Loader Operator) – works closely with the Plant Control Operator in delivering the proper crudes to the three (3) roller milling systems.
• Primary (Forklift) – responsible for inspecting and loading rail boxcars, containers and trucks with forklift, and loading them in a fashion that will ensure the best possible arrival conditions
• Maintenance – responsible for repair and reporting defects in assigned areas; repair and rebuild equipment as needed; fabricate, cut and weld as needed.
• Packaging – responsible for the operation of all of the equipment associated with packaging system, both bulk and other robotic packaging systems.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

• High School Education or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in operating milling equipment preferred.

Pay: $26.58 (Probationary - 60-days) then to $37.67 per hour
