The company produces high-quality oils, distillates, and isolates that are distributed to some of the world’s largest CBD manufacturers. Role Description The Production Shift Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sun River, MT. This position oversees daily production activities, ensuring that extraction and refinement processes run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with cGMP and FDA guidelines. The supervisor coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, monitors workflow, and addresses issues to maintain output and quality targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching production staff, monitoring equipment and materials, enforcing safety protocols, documenting production data, and collaborating with management and quality teams to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance feedback, and shift coordination.
  • Experience working with Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet deadlines and output targets.
  • Proficiency in Production Management, including resource allocation, process monitoring, and problem-solving.
  • Strong Communication skills for clear instructions, reporting, and collaboration across departments.
  • Knowledge of cGMP practices, FDA-regulated environments, or similar manufacturing standards is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a production environment, and follow safety procedures.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or supervisory training is an advantage.
